Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026

This policy covers the 67Party app (listed as “67 Party: Motion Camera Games” on the App Store and on Google Play, where the developer is shown as OK BOOMER) and this website. We collect what we need to run your account, save your progress, and run leaderboards and online matches. We do not run ads, do not sell your data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.

Camera Access

The games use your front camera to track your hands and body. Every camera frame is processed entirely on your device, in real time. Video and images are never recorded, saved, uploaded, or sent to us or anyone else. Only the result of a round, such as your score, leaves your device.

Your Account

Every player gets an account on our server, created automatically. It is one of these:

  • Guest: a random account ID, an automatic “Guest_” username, and a server session. No email or device identifier.
  • Game Center (iPhone and iPad): the player ID Apple gives our game. Our server checks Apple's signature on it. We do not store your Game Center nickname.
  • Google Play Games (Android): your Play Games player ID. The app hands our server a one-time code, which we exchange with Google to get the player ID. That ID is the only thing we keep from Google.
  • Sign in with Apple (optional, iPhone and iPad): your Apple user ID and the email address Apple shares, which may be a private relay address. Apple may also pass along your name the first time. We do not save it.
  • Email sign-in (optional): your email address. We email you a one-time 6-digit code through our authentication provider, SuperTokens.

We use your email address only to sign you in. We do not send newsletters or marketing email, and other players never see it.

What We Store on Our Servers

  • Account: account ID, username, your sign-in ID (see above), your email address if you signed in with Apple or email, and when you joined.
  • Game progress: scores and bests for each game, aura, level and title, trophies and rank, coins and gems (with a history of every change), the items you own and the look you wear, daily quests, streaks, and rewards you have claimed. The first time an account is used on a phone, we also import the game stats an older version of the app saved on that phone.
  • Online matches: duel and race results (who played, scores, placings, and trophy changes).
  • Round details: for each round, the game, score, length, time, app version, and a flag if the score looks implausible. Score submissions also store your platform (iOS or Android) and the technical User-Agent text your app sends.
  • Subscription records (iPhone and iPad only). See below.

We do not collect phone numbers, contacts, location, photos, video, advertising identifiers, or payment details.

What Other Players Can See

  • Leaderboards: your username, best score, level and title, trophies and rank, your look, whether you play on iOS or Android, and a random player ID.
  • Duels and races: your opponents see your username, look, level, rank or trophies, your live score, and the result.
  • 67 Town (the online plaza): players in the same room see your username (or a guest name), your look, where your character walks, and the gestures and preset phrases you pick. There is no free-text chat. Your place in Town is held only while you are there and expires within minutes after you leave.

An automated profanity filter checks usernames before they can be used.

Subscriptions (Speed67 Pro)

Speed67 Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. It is sold only on iPhone and iPad, through Apple. The Android app has no purchases. Apple handles payment, and we never see your payment details or Apple ID.

To unlock Pro on your account, the app sends our server Apple's signed transaction records, and we check Apple's signature. Apple also notifies our server about renewals, refunds, and cancellations. For each subscription we store Apple's original and latest transaction IDs, the plan (weekly or yearly), the purchase, expiry, and any refund dates, whether it was bought or shared through Family Sharing, whether it was a test or a real purchase, and which account it belongs to.

Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

What We Store on Your Device

  • Your sign-in session.
  • Your username, settings, and a copy of your progress, so the game loads fast and works offline.
  • The players you have muted or hidden in 67 Town.

Uninstalling the app removes this. Your account on our server stays until you delete it.

IP Addresses

Like any internet service, our server sees your IP address when the app connects. We use it only for rate limiting, such as capping new guest accounts and sign-in code requests. These counters are held in memory and expire within an hour. We do not store IP addresses in our database or use them to work out your location. Our hosting providers may keep standard technical logs for a limited time for security and reliability.

How Your Information Is Used

  • To run your account, sign you in, and keep your progress across devices.
  • To run leaderboards, duels, races, and 67 Town.
  • To check and apply Speed67 Pro purchases (iOS).
  • To prevent cheating and abuse (implausible scores, rate limits).
  • To filter inappropriate usernames.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.

Service Providers

  • Railway hosts our server, database, cache, and sign-in service.
  • SuperTokens provides our sign-in software. Its email service sends sign-in codes, so it receives your email address and the code.
  • Apple provides Game Center, Sign in with Apple, and in-app purchases (iOS).
  • Google provides Google Play Games sign-in (Android).
  • Expo delivers app updates. When the app checks for an update, Expo receives technical details such as your IP address, platform, app version, and a random install ID.
  • jsDelivr serves open-source files the games download (the body-tracking model, the 3D engine, and a font). These are plain downloads. No camera or account data is sent.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We keep your account, progress, scores, and match history until you delete your account. Guest accounts are kept the same way. The 24-hour leaderboard simply shows scores from the last 24 hours; those scores stay in your history. Rate-limit counters expire within an hour, and your place in 67 Town within minutes after you leave.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account in the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, then confirm. The button shows once you are signed in. Guests can sign in first or email us. You can also email admin@zinance.app with your username and we will delete it for you.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, sign-in links, email address, progress, leaderboard entries, duel and race history, and subscription records. If you ever subscribed to Speed67 Pro, we keep only a note of which one-time rewards that Apple subscription already received, with no link to you, so the same subscription can't claim them twice. Full details are on our account deletion page.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

  • You can deny camera access at any time. The games will not run without it.
  • Signing in with Apple or email is optional. You can play as a guest, or with Game Center or Google Play Games.
  • You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email.
  • You can email us to ask what data we hold about you or to have it corrected.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
